Responsabilit\u00e9 et transparence<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">&#8211; Examens r\u00e9guliers&nbsp;: Nous effectuons des \u00e9valuations r\u00e9guli\u00e8res de nos politiques et pratiques en mati\u00e8re de DEI, en recueillant<\/p><p class=\"p1\">les commentaires des employ\u00e9s afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer continuellement nos e\ufb00orts d\u2019inclusion.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">&#8211; Engagement de la direction&nbsp;: Notre \u00e9quipe de direction s\u2019engage \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre la diversit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9,<\/p><p class=\"p1\">et l\u2019inclusion. Les objectifs de la DEI sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s aux \u00e9valuations du rendement des cadres afin d\u2019assurer une <\/p><p class=\"p1\">attention soutenue \u00e0 ces valeurs.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"> <\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>7. Violations de la politique<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">&#8211; Tout comportement qui viole cette politique fera l\u2019objet d\u2019une enqu\u00eate rapide et \u00e9quitable, avec les mesures disciplinaires<\/p><p class=\"p1\">appropri\u00e9es prises si n\u00e9cessaire.
